How does the REFLECT360 technology work?
Our REFLECT360 range utilizes millions of tiny, highly reflective glass beads embedded in the fabric. When a vehicle's headlights hit the material, the beads reflect the light back to the source, making the wearer appear bright white to the driver.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take 7-14 days depending on your location and customs processing.
How do I care for and wash my Proviz garments?
To maintain the reflective properties and waterproofing, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach, and always hang to dry instead of tumble drying.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. If you need a different size, you can initiate an exchange through our online returns portal for a seamless replacement process.
Are your jackets fully waterproof or just water-resistant?
Most of our performance jackets are fully waterproof with taped seams and high breathability ratings. Specific waterproof ratings (such as 10,000mm) can be found on individual product pages to help you choose the right gear for your climate.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Proviz products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear or damage caused by accidents or improper care.
